A Relaxing Business Stay at the Mercure Sydney Parramatta

I must say, the experience was quite pleasant! The hotel boasts a lovely, spacious lobby that instantly makes you feel welcome. Our king room was comfortable, clean, and offered fantastic views. It was great to have convenient dining options just across the road, including fast food and Woolworths. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, featuring a cool pancake maker that was a hit among us. I took advantage of the outdoor pool and the fitness center, both of which were well-maintained. The staff were friendly, especially the female receptionist who greeted us upon arrival. Parking was also easy and budget-friendly, which was a cherry on top for our busy work schedule.

Only provided with 2 towels.

Quiet and fabulous place, it has courteous staff on the night shift. I have to mention the generous and great breakfast with toast and the standard food, as for instance. The location is in a great and easy spot handy to Rose Hil Racecourse...

Had awesome stay especially in the restaurant when they learned of the reason for my visit. It was in a central setting in common areas where you can clearly see lack of cleaning.

I stayed there recently, and honestly, it was a mess. We had only two towels for our family of four, and the next day, we got zero! I had to drag myself to reception at midnight just to get towels. So frustrating!

The Mercure staff and the facilties were of a High standard.The room was comfortable and quite. The motel is located close to many entertainment, restaurants and other venues.

Airy room with usb ports, 2 x queen beds and large TV and generous breakfast to start the day. Central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from James Ruse Reserve Park. Really really nice stay in good area.

I recently stayed for a couple of nights and found the room spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The parking was affordable and secure, and the breakfast options were fantastic. Staff were friendly, though the decor felt a bit dated. A solid choice for a short stay!

We found your staff very helpful & friendly - we loved our stay,even though for such a short time - I will add here you have to be very careful when entering & leaving your car park (glad we had small hire car) - but in saying this very thankful included in your rate- THANK YOU Deanne

we recently stayed at the mercure and had a pretty good experience overall. the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcome. our room was spacious and comfortable, which allowed us to get a good night’s sleep. the convenience of having a grocery store and fast food options nearby made our stay even easier. the little touches, like a taylor swift cutout for concert-goers, really added to the fun atmosphere.

We found that that the staff were extremely friendly, obliging and welcoming always with a smile. It was great to park and not have to pay additional money to do so. The hotel itself had a lovely scent, smell and felt extremely clean.Thank you we will certainly return.

Very good comfortable acommodation and the meals were excellent

My booking was made for a twin room with 2 beds but when I arrived we were given a double room with only one bed. I had to go back down to Reception to change rooms.

Room cost too high for poor amenities!!! No telephone in room for communication with Reception!!! Shortage of items for three guests was frustrating!!! Rooms had cleanliness issues and maintenance concerns!!! Bathroom lacked ventilation!!! Unexpected extra charges during checkout!!!

The staff were all excellent, welcoming and helpful. The room was fantastic and very clean.

There were not many restaurants close to the hotel which meant travelling for dinner as the hotel restaurant was, as expected, a little expensive. Only one elevator was working which meant that at times there were lengthy delays for the elevator which was a problem as our room was on the 7th floor.

Clean tidy rooms, polite friendly staff, Insidee of hotel was well presented and very quiet and comfortable

Staff entered room on several occassions without knocking, whilst I was in there, outside facilities such as tennis courts were a little dirty and not really useable
